PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
YBX3 series high- efficiency flameproof three- phase asynchronous motor,the explosion- proof performance conforms to GB3836.1- 2010"General
Requirements for Equipment in Explosive Atmosphere Part 1" and GB3836.2-2010 "Explosive Atmosphere Part 2:The flameproof enclosure "d" Protected equipment", made into flameproof type. It is suitable for equipment in places containing certain components of flammable gas or explosive mixture formed by steam and air, as a general driving power. Mainly used in petroleum, chemical and other industries,but also widely used in textile, metallurgy, city gas,transportation,grain and oll processing.papermaking, medicine and other industries.
The motor fficiency index conforms to Level3 in GB/18613- 2020 "Limited Values and Energy fficiency Levels of Small and Medium- sized Three-phase Asynchronous Motors". The remarkable feature of the motor is high efficiency,energy saving, and has the advantages of large temperature rise
margin,long life,low vibration,low noise and high relability. And it is the first self- developed flame-proof three- phase asynchronous motor with aluminum
shell in China. Compared with the traditional cast iron shell, it is lighter, smaller and more beautifull in appearance.
The motor can be equipped with auxiiary equipment such as winding temperatuire sensor,bearing temperature sensor ,temperature transmitter and
heater according to user needs. Among them,Stand 71- 132 is a new type of explosion-proof motor developed independently by our company. The shellis cast aluminum.
